OUR STORY
Altaf Gosla and Wayne Miller had worked on a number of large Contact Center consulting engagements over the years. They realized that many clients were being underserved by their current providers. Not enough discovery, success criteria undefined, expectations not set and training neglected. Not only did this lead to poor execution, but it immediately led to backlash after delivery. They saw the need for a boutique consulting service that takes the time to understand their customers and has the experience to execute a project successfully. This realization led to the inception of CX Advocates in September of 2020. CX Advocates was officially certified as a Minority Business Enterprise in October of 2023. Over the years, CX Advocates has gathered a number of trusted resources that Wayne and Altaf have worked with in the past, to help uphold the mission of CX Advocates: Deliver with Empathy.
